Refund Policy

Since images will differ from one monitor to another, discrepancies in appearance may occur.
The following policies apply to PHYSICAL items only, such as ArtPal reproductions or original artworks directly from BEDeuel Art.
If you are not satisfied with your PHYSICAL purchase, we will gladly accept it back for a refund of the item's price. The customer will be responsible for the original & return shipping cost, insurance, & safe packaging of the piece. The canvas/artwork must be received by us in resaleable condition for any refund.
Be sure to use care while opening the shipping box, as any damage done will negate any refund from the seller. Unfortunately, we cannot insure or issue a refund if an item is stolen from your property after standard delivery.
As every painting is an original artwork, the item cannot be replaced. If an artwork is received by the buyer and is damaged during shipping, an insurance claim will need to be filed. Be sure to take photos of the damage first. Use our Contact form to proceed with a claim.
The following applies to DIGITAL items only:
Be aware, that this is strictly a digital product and there will be NO physical item sent. This applies ONLY on any Digital Downloads. There are NO refunds available on digital images. If you are not satisfied with your final image, please contact me within 30 days of purchase (not the date you download your selection) and I will attempt to correct any color or clarity issues you may encounter. Please carefully read the instructions for printing your purchase on our page outlining our Digital Downloads process.
